It is with great satisfaction that I learned of such a prestigious distinction to CTT, something that only finds parallel in the same distinction to Portugal in 2008. As road safety is a national design and a responsibility of all, I welcome the international recognition of what for us has long been a paradigmatic example of corporate social responsibility and the involvement of civil society in the pursuit of a culture of road safety. In fact, CTT is one of our privileged partners, precisely because we recognize in this organization the excellence in promoting safer behaviors in the road environment.
It was therefore with great pride that I received such honorable news, hoping that the same will trigger in other civil society organizations the same social responsibility that CTT has always demonstrated.
